We are excited to introduce Wine Talk Wednesdays, a monthly educational session with owner Jim Quarella.

Curious about how wine works? Spend time with Jim as he contributes his knowledge about wine, winemaking, and viticulture. At each talk, he’ll be presenting tastes of two of our wines and diving into how they’re made, their flavor profiles, tasting notes, and how they pair with food. In addition, Jim will provide insight to the happenings here at the winery and in the vineyard during that time of the year.
